The goal of the Hokie Soccer Academy is to provide a positive learning environment
for young, aspiring players to develop their skills and their understanding of the
game of soccer.
To do this, the Academy uses coaches, training methods, and facilities of the highest quality.

| Day Camp |
Ages 5-11 |
June 14-18 |
The emphasis here is clearly fun first.
Basic skills are introduced in games with and without the ball.
Each day the campers return home with at least one newly acquired skill. |
| Junior Academy |
Ages 9 to 14 |
July 28-Aug 1 |
This overnight camp focuses on the acquisition of skills and technical abilities.
The central theme of all activities is the small-sided game.
Tactical concepts are introduced after technical elements are mastered.
Eager learners wanted. |
| Senior Academy |
Ages 14-19 |
July 22-26 |
Senior topics are taught here:
High and low pressure, Possession Soccer, Counter attacking,
as well as direct soccer.
This camp will not only challenge each player technically and tactically,
but also teach the mental and fitness pillars of soccer training.
An overnight camp for the college bound player. |
